• With M5azn’s subscription, you will receive the first 300 orders for free but if you exceed the limit of 300 orders, a small fee will apply additionally, based on the total number of orders as follows: A fee will be charged for each additional order, the amount of which is determined based on the number of orders as follows
• A. for 301 to 1,000 orders: Each additional order will cost SAR 3.
• B. for 1,001 orders and more: Each additional order will cost SAR 4.
• M5AZN provides free integration with popular e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, OpenCart, and Magento (default versions). For customized versions of these platforms that require assistance from M5azn's technical team, the following fees may apply:
• A. First time integration by our technical team will cost SAR 3,000.
• B. Any amendments or update after the first time integration will cost SAR 500 per change.
• The Integrated Instant Support Service enables its users to communicate directly with the M5azn Team via an exclusive WhatsApp group that includes essential departments such as Finance, Procurement, Order Management, Technical Support, and Customer Service. This service facilitates e-commerce management and enhances the growth of online stores. It is available for Business Package subscribers who reach 20 or more orders per month at a subscription cost of 299 SAR per month. After payment is completed, the user is added to the WhatsApp group within 24 hours to start benefiting from the service.
